We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong item delivered

• Product is dead on arrival or defective

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery for most products

• 7 days return window applies only for full PC sets

• To raise a return request, please email us (preferred) or call us

⚠️ Important Return Conditions

• If the product seal is broken and it's not faulty, return/refund won’t be accepted

• If any accessory is missing, the return will be rejected

• Keep the original packaging material — you’ll need it to send the product back safely

• Do not apply tape/glue directly on the product or its box — improper packaging may lead to return rejection

• Return the product with all included accessories, in original condition

💸 Refund Process

• • Refunds for online payments will go back to the same account used for purchase

  • For Bank Transfer/COD, refunds will be made to your bank account only

  • Refunds usually take 7–10 working days to reflect
